Selection of Potential Rhizobacteria As Biological Fertilizer and In Vivo Application against Red Chili Seed Germination In North Central Timor Regency, Indonesia

North Central Timor (NCT) Regency, located on Island, East Nusa Tenggara Province (NTT) Indonesia, has dry climate conditions with rainfall of 1,500 milli meters (mm) every year. This holds the potential for microbial diversity including rhizobacteria. research aimed to select and identify isolates as biological fertilizers in vivo application bird’s eye pepper (Capsicum frutescens) germination. Selection rhizobacteria from 20 collected by researchers was obtained 5 solubilizer phosphate, 4 fixed nitrogen, produced Indole Acetic Acid (IAA). Two CN03 RTCR01 have biofertilizers. The results biochemical identification demonstrate that ferment glucose, lactose, sucrose, are positive citrate catalase tests, while molecular 16S rRNA 99 % is similar Pseudomonas aeruginosa Lysinibacillus boritolerans. Meanwhile, immersion treatment bacterial seed germination (K1) aeruginosa; (K3) combination P. L. boronitolerans significantly (p > 0.05) affected germination, vigor index, length root, growth sprouts, but (K2) not different < control (KO) using distilled water.
